Fighting the Future:
The heroes of Earth known as the Justice League eventually got old and retired passing the torch to Young Justice who became the new Justice League after graduating. Because of Mr.Mxyplyk and Loki the dimensions were merged. This at first caused fighting to break out between the Avengers and the Justice League. But when they met and learned they were not the enemies of each other both teams sort of combined their forces. From there they were able to best Loki and the imp that had plagued Superman. Yet what they had done was unfortunately considered permanent. This meant that the dimensions were connected and could not be unconnected. 30 years have passed and the heroes who have saved this world from time and time again have either passed on or retired from their duties. The heroes of yesterday have passed their roles now to the heroes of today, heroes from both worlds. There is the Justice League and The Avengers, both groups who are dedicated to protecting not just the earth but the galaxies, alongside others too. But a new enemy comes forth to take over the world, and the question remains...can everyone work together and step up? This is the story of Fighting the Future.

Fighting the Future is a DC/Marvel Site with characters from some other fandoms allowed with admin consent. The site is a moderate role play site, with all levels permitted. The site has only recently opened and has a fairly active staff of members willing to assist when needed. Fighting the Future is hosted on Zeta Boards.
